 On October 24, 2016, William Maxie Davis, PsyD, license No. PS017519, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was suspended for no less than 3 years, retroactive to August 22, 2016, based on his failure to comply with a consent agreement entered into with the Commonwealth.

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the order by writing to Dana M. Wucinski, Board Counsel, State Board of Psychology, P.O. Box 69523, Harrisburg, PA 17106-9523.

 This order represents the final State Board of Psychology (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of appeals is the previously-named Board counsel.
