 A-2018-3000621, A-2018-3000622, A-2018-3000625, S-2018-3000626, S-2018-3000627 and S-2018-3000628. OHCP Northeastern Fiber Buyer Holdco, LP, TVC Albany, Inc., Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc., ION Holdco, LLC and Flight Group Holdings, LP. Joint application of OHCP Northeastern Fiber Buyer Holdco, LP, TVC Albany, Inc., Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc., ION Holdco, LLC and Flight Group Holdings, LP for approval of a general rule indirect transfer of control.
