DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following is a list of the properties available for sale by the Department.

 1. Parcel No. 16—Rayne Township, Indiana County. The parcel contains approximately 3.601 ± acres of unimproved land situated on SR 119, from Station 51 + 38 to Station 54 + 25 North Bound Right Tax Parcel ID # 35-09-119 and 35-09-150. The estimated fair market value is $20,000.

 2. Parcel No. 10—Rayne Township, Indiana County. The parcel contains approximately 34,883 ± square feet of unimproved land situated on SR 119, from Station 54 + 25 to Station 55 + 50 North Bound Right Tax Parcel ID # 35-09-150.1. The estimated fair market value is $7,000.

 Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Kevin D. Pollino, Right-of-Way Administrator, Engineering District 10-0, 2550 Oakland Avenue, P.O. Box 0429, Indiana, PA 15701-0429.
