 OOGM 18-3, Cleaning Out and Plugging Three Gas Wells, Huston Township, Clearfield County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include the following: clean-out and plug three gas wells, estimated to range in depth from 1,507 feet to 7,078 feet, to Department of Environmental Protection (Department) specifications; prepare and restore well sites; and mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

 This bid issues on July 20, 2018, and bids will be opened on August 23, 2018, at 2 p.m. Bid documents may be downloaded for free beginning on the issue date from the Department by going to www.BidExpress.com. A mandatory prebid conference is scheduled for August 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. Meet at the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Moshannon Forest District, District Office, 3372 State Park Road, Penfield, PA 15849. Failure to attend the prebid conference will be cause for rejection of the bid.
