 EC234291318 Trainer Auto Tank Removal, Trainer Borough, Delaware County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include: Department of Environmental Protection certified tank remover, 1 job; excavation/removal of 6 underground storage tanks (UST), piping, 8 dispensers and ancillary equipment, 1 job; removal/disposal of water/petroleum mixture from inside USTs, approximately 7,500 gallons; site restrictions/safety measure, 1 job; backfill, estimated 650 tons; sampling and analysis of soil for petroleum compounds, 23 samples; sampling and analysis of water for petroleum compounds, 11 samples; UST registration form and Closure Report, 1 job; and disposal of contaminated soils (if encountered), estimated 200 tons.

 This bid issues on November 30, 2018, and bids will be opened on January 3, 2019, at 2 p.m. There is a mandatory prebid site inspection at 10:30 a.m. on December 13, 2018, at 3608 West 9th Street, Trainer Borough, Delaware County, PA 19061. Failure to attend the mandatory prebid site inspection will be cause for rejection of the bid.
