Pennsylvania Chili Pepper Payout Fast Play Lottery Game 5057; Change to Game Rules

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 803.11 (relating to powers and duties of the Secretary of Revenue), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of changes to the Pennsylvania Chili Pepper Payout Fast Play lottery game rules that were published at 49 Pa.B. 2322 (May 4, 2019).

 The Pennsylvania Lottery has altered a portion of the rules associated with the Chili Pepper Payout Fast Play Lottery Game. Pursuant to this change, the Prize Chart has been updated to include the correct approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate chances of winning. The correct version of this document is as follows, with ellipses referring to the existing text as it appeared at 49 Pa.B. 2322—2326:
