 Attention SHH Cab Corp., last known address of 681 Marshall Street, Somerville, MA 02145, this notice advises that a Default Order of Hearing Officer, Hon. Sheldon C. Jelin was issued and entered on June 25, 2019, with the Philadelphia Parking Authority's (Authority) Taxicab and Limousine Division's (TLD) Office of the Clerk.

 The Complaint issued by the TLD is sustained as to the charges in Citation T-28264, failure to pay assessment.

 Respondent is in violation of 52 Pa. Code § 1011.4 for which a penalty of $125 is imposed plus an administration fee of $75 for a total of $200.

 In addition, Respondent's CPC No. 1027013-01 is hereby CANCELLED.

 Pursuant to 52 Pa. Code § 1001.13(b) this Order will become effective on July 10, 2019, as an adjudication of the Authority if not selected for review by the Authority.

 Respondent is Ordered to pay $200 by July 10, 2019.

 The record at this docket is marked closed.
