Final Order

 The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) on August 8, 2019, adopted the 2021 version of the Energy Efficiency and DSM rules for Pennsylvania's Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard, Technical Reference Manual (TRM).  In implementing the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act (73 P.S. §§ 1648.1—1648.8), the Commission had originally adopted the TRM in an Order entered on October 3, 2005, at Docket No. M-00051865. Subsequently, in the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C) Program Implementation Order, entered on January 16, 2009, at Docket No. M-2008-2069887, the Commission adopted the TRM as a component of the EE&C Program evaluation process. In the Implementation Order, the Commission also noted that the TRM will need to be updated and expanded to fulfill the requirements of the EE&C Program. The Commission's adoption of the 2021 TRM concludes the current update of the TRM.
