Petition of Pennsylvania Power Company; Prehearing Conference

P-2019-3012628. Pennsylvania Power Company. Petition of Pennsylvania Power Company for a waiver of the distribution system improvement charge (DSIC) cap of 5% of billed distribution rate revenue and approval to increase the maximum allowable DSIC to 11.81%. Reference Docket Number P-2015-2508931.

 Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code § 5.61 (relating to answers to complaints, petitions, motions and preliminary objections). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the petitioner and a copy provided to the Administrative Law Judge, on or before Monday, October 28, 2019. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying in the Secretary's Bureau between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the petitioner's business address.
