 PennDOT District 8-0 and the Federal Highway Administration will conduct a public hearing on the I-83 East Shore Section 2 Eisenhower Interchange Reconstruction Project Draft Environmental Assessment and Individual Section 4(f) Evaluation documents on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. It is part of a 45-day public review and comment period on the draft documents which begins November 3, 2019, and continues through December 17, 2019.
