 P-2020-3019383 and P-2020-3019384. Citizens' Electric Company of Lewisburg, PA and Wellsboro Electric Company. Joint petition of Citizens' Electric Company of Lewisburg, PA and Wellsboro Electric Company for approval of default service plans for the period from June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2025.

 Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 8, 2020.  Currently, the Commission is following Governor Tom Wolf's emergency order with respect to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The Commission's offices are closed and the Administrative Law Judge Benjamin J. Myers and the Secretary's Bureau are teleworking until the emergency is lifted. As a result, the Commission cannot access either incoming or outgoing regular mail delivery. Therefore, all parties are required to open an efiling account, sign up for e-service online and to accept service from the Commission electronically until further notice. Additionally, all parties are required to provide an e-mail address as part of their contact information.
