[Saturday, October 17, 2020]On May 18, 2020, Wesley Washington, RN, license No. RN647636, last known of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Niles, OH and Warren, OH, had his license indefinitely suspended, retroactive to January 29, 2019, and was assessed $787.50 in costs of investigation, for being unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety and violating a previous State Board of Nursing (Board) order.

This order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
