Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 10, 2021. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by May 10, 2021. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

 A-2021-3024992. Busy Bee Transit, Inc. (2625 West Oxford Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19121) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the City and County of Philadelphia, and from points in the City and County of Philadelphia to points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods by transfer of rights as described under the application.

 A-2021-3024868. Millennium Moving, LLC (117 Red- ford Road, Oreland, Montgomery County, PA 19075) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-00115679, F.3, to Millennium Moving Co., Inc., subject to the same limitations and conditions.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

 A-2021-3024834. Classic Limousine Transportation, LLC (1001 Third Avenue, Coraopolis, Allegheny County, PA 15108) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, as previously granted under A-00112166.

 A-2021-3024980. AK Moving Solutions, LLC (86 Lil- ly Drive, Feasterville-Trevose, Bucks County, PA 19053) for discontinuance and cancelation of the right to transport, as a common carrier, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania, as authorized at Docket A-2018-3000034.

 A-2021-3024835. Classic Limousine Transportation, LLC (1001 Third Avenue, Coraopolis, Allegheny County, PA 15108) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its permit to arrange transport as a broker of persons, as previously granted under A-00112166.

 A-2021-3024837. Classic Limousine Transportation, LLC (1001 Third Avenue, Coraopolis, Allegheny County, PA 15108) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, as previously granted under A-00112166.

 A-2021-3024838. Classic Limousine Transportation, LLC (1001 Third Avenue, Coraopolis, Allegheny County, PA 15108) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party 11—15 passenger service, as previously granted under A-00112166.
