Waterfront Development Organizations

[Saturday, October 2, 2021]Under the act of July 13, 2016 (P.L. 526, No. 84) (72 P.S. §§ 8701-K—8710-K) referred to as the Waterfront Development Tax Credit Program Act (act) was established in this Commonwealth. This act authorizes the Department of Community and Economic Development (Department) to approve qualified waterfront development organizations who are eligible to submit waterfront development projects. The act requires the Department to annually publish a list of each waterfront development organization, its approved waterfront development projects and the total aggregate cost of those projects in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
A list of the approved, waterfront development organizations their approved waterfront development projects and the total aggregate cost of those projects for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 follows.
