Pennsylvania 3-2-Won Instant Lottery Game 1585

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania 3-2-Won (hereafter ''3-2-Won''). The game number is PA-1585.

 2. Price: The price of a 3-2-Won instant lottery game ticket is $1.

 3. Play symbols: Each 3-2-Won instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area consisting of four ''GAME'' areas. Each ''GAME'' is played separately. The play symbols and their captions, located in the four ''GAME'' areas, are: 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol, 1 (ONE) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol.

 4. Prize symbols: The prize symbols and their captions, located in the play area, are: FREE (TICKET), $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $3.00 (THR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $9.00 (NIN DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $15.00 (FIFTN), $30.00 (THIRTY), $60.00 (SIXTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $300 (THR HUN) and $5,000 (FIV THO).

 5. Prizes: The prizes, that can be won in the four ''GAME'' areas, are: Free $1 Ticket, $1, $2, $3, $5, $9, $10, $15, $30, $60, $100, $300 and $5,000. 3-2-Won contains a feature that can multiply certain prizes. For a complete list of prizes that can be won in this game, including multiplied prizes, see section 8 (relating to number and description of prizes and approximate odds). A player can only win once in each ''GAME,'' but prizes from multiple ''GAMES'' can be combined. A player can win up to four times on a ticket.

 6. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 8,400,000 tickets will be printed for the 3-2-Won instant lottery game.

 7. Determination of prize winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $5,000 (FIV THO) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $300 (THR HUN) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (c) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (d) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $60.00 (SIXTY) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $180.

 (e) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (f) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $90.

 (g) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $60.00 (SIXTY) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $60.

 (h) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $15.00 (FIFTEEN) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $45.

 (i) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (j) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (k) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $9.00 (NIN DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $27.

 (l) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $15.00 (FIFTN) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.

 (m) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.

 (n) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (o) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $9.00 (NIN DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $9.

 (p) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $3.00 (THR DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $9.

 (q) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $6.

 (r) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 (s) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $3.00 (THR DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3.

 (t) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a WON (3TIMES) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3.

 (u) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

 (v) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

 (w) Holders of tickets upon which a 3 (THREE) symbol, 2 (TWO) symbol and a 1 (ONE) symbol appear in any ''GAME,'' in any order, and a prize symbol of FREE (TICKET) appears in the ''PRIZE'' area for that ''GAME,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of one 3-2-Won instant game ticket or one Pennsylvania Lottery instant game ticket of equivalent sale price which is currently on sale.

 8. Number and description of prizes and approximate odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 9. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell 3-2-Won instant lottery game tickets.

 10. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 11. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of 3-2-Won, prize money from winning 3-2-Won instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the 3-2-Won instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 12. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. CodePart V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 13. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote 3-2-Won or through normal communications methods.
