RiverSource Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several Policy Forms (AERS-133072639); Rate Filing

 RiverSource Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 49.6% on 2,178 policyholders with LTC forms 30225-PA, 30225-PA1 and 30225A-PA1.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 29, 2022, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov (hover the cursor over the ''Consumers'' tab, then select ''Pending Long Term Care Rate Filings'').

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Lorraine Badarzynski, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, lbadarzyns@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
