 A-2022-3032183 and A-2022-3032184. Fusion Connect, Inc., Fusion, LLC, d/b/a Fusion Connect, LLC, Fusion Cloud Services, LLC and the North Haven Entities. Joint application of Fusion Connect, Inc., Fusion, LLC, d/b/a Fusion Connect, LLC, Fusion Cloud Services, LLC and the North Haven Entities for approval of a general rule transaction that will result in a change to the ownership and control of Fusion, LLC, d/b/a Fusion Connect, LLC and Fusion Cloud Services, LLC.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 31, 2022. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available only online for inspection and copying on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address.
