Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield; Rate Increase Filing for the Grandfathered Individual CompleteCare Program in the Western Region (SERFF # HGHM-133365944); Rate Filing

 Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield is requesting approval to increase the premium 9.2% on 747 contract-holders of the medically underwritten, grandfathered individual CompleteCare policies in western Pennsylvania. The requested effective date of the change is January 1, 2023.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 18, 2022, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Michael Hibbert, Actuarial Associate, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, mhibbert@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
