 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-22-059, Dated September 13, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and AFSCME regarding pay enhancements for employees who directly supervise H1 bargaining unit employees. The side letter agreement reschedules the July 2023 general pay increase to April 2023 and the annual service and longevity increment in Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to be effective no later than August 13, 2022.
