Bankers Life and Casualty Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several Policy Forms (BNLB-133114278); Rate Filing

 Bankers Life and Casualty Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 20.0% on 626 policy holders with LTC forms GR-N520, GR-N530, GR-N540, GR-N550, GR-N570 and GR-N580. These policies were issued Nationwide between 2005—2009.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 22, 2022, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov (hover the cursor over the ''Consumers'' tab, then select ''Pending Long Term Care Rate Filings'').

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Lorraine Badarzynski, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation and Market Enforcement, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, lbadarzyns@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
