STATE TAX EQUALIZATION BOARD

Final Order for Gioffre et al. v. State Tax Equalization Board; Case No. 2022-0004

 On March 15, 2023, the State Tax Equalization Board (Board) conducted a meeting and adopted the proposed adjudication and order issued by Chief Hearing Examiner Debra Rand as the final order for Gioffre et al. v. State Tax Equalization Board Case No. 2022-0004.

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the final order at https://dced.pa.gov/local-government/boards-committees/tax-equalization-division/.

 This final order represents the final agency decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court by the filing of a petition for review with that Court within 30 days after the entry of the order in accordance with Pa.R.A.P 1501—1561. An order is entered on the date it is mailed. If individuals take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, they must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review.
