Voluntarily Negotiated Interconnection Agreements under 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(2)

 By Final Opinion and Order entered June 16, 2022, at docket number M-2022-3030709, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) directed that certain voluntarily negotiated interconnection agreements and subsequent amendments would be assigned to a delegated Commission Bureau for resolution. The parties of these interconnection agreements or amendments would be advised of the disposition by means of Secretarial Letter.
     

 During the months of January 2023 through March 2023, the following interconnection agreements or amendments have been approved by the Commission by means of Secretarial Letter:

 • A-2022-3037170—Joint petition of Armstrong Telephone Company and Barr Tell USA, Inc. for approval of an interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 • A-2022-3037220—Joint petition of Brightspeed of Pennsylvania, LLC, f/k/a The United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC and Onvoy Spectrum, LLC for approval of an interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 • A-2022-3037242—Joint petition of Verizon Pennsylvania, LLC and Fusion Cloud Services, LLC, f/k/a Birch Communications, Inc. for approval of an amendment to an interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 • A-2022-3037244—Joint petition of Verizon Pennsylvania, LLC and Fusion Cloud USA, LLC, f/k/a Birch Communications, Inc. for approval of an amendment to an interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 • A-2022-3037245—Joint petition of Verizon North, LLC and Fusion Cloud Services, LLC, f/k/a Birch Communications, Inc. for approval of an amendment to an interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 • A-2022-3037247—Joint petition of Verizon North, LLC and Fusion Cloud Services, LLC, f/k/a Birch Communications, Inc. for approval of an amendment to an interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

 • A-2023-3037592—Joint petition of Palmerton Telephone Company, Inc. and Teleport Communications America, LLC for approval of an interconnection agreement under section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
