Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following property is available for sale by the Department.

 City of Bethlehem, Northampton County. This parcel contains 4.246 acres of unimproved land located on the northeast corner of State Route 0412 and Commerce Center Boulevard. The estimated fair market value is $530,800.

 Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to the Depart-ment of Transportation, Engineering District 5-0, Attn: Right-of-Way, 1002 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101.
