DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

 The following property is available for sale by the Department.

 Ulster, Bradford County, on the west side of State Route 220. The parcel is south of the intersection of State Route 220 and Bridge Street and north of Farr Street. The parcel contains 1,113 square feet of unimproved land. The estimated fair market value is $3,670.

 Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Jeffrey M. Wenner, PE, District Right-of-Way Administrator, Department of Transportation, 715 Jordan Avenue, Montoursville, PA 17754.
