 On July 6, 2023, Petitioner Click Video, LLC filed an appeal of a denial of an application for benefits under the Keystone Innovation Zone Program (72 P.S. §§ 8901-F—8908-F).

Notice

 A hearing will be conducted before Department of State Chief Hearing Examiner Debra A. Rand, Esquire, at 9:30 a.m. on October 23, 2023, at One Penn Center, 2601 North Third Street, Harrisburg, PA. For additional information contact the Department of State's prothonotary at (717) 772-2686. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure).
