 An error occurred in Annex B published at 53 Pa.B. 7120 (November 18, 2023). Section 303a.12 of Title 204 is corrected by changing the last line of the chart to begin with 18-3503(c.2), as set forth below. The remainder of Annex B was accurate as printed.
