 Notice is hereby given that Samuel Bailey, Jr. having been suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated January 25, 2023 suspending Samuel Bailey, Jr. (# 27234) from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of one year and one day effective February 24, 2023.

 In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
