 A-2024-3047838. Cincinnati Bell, Inc., CBTS Technology Solutions, LLC and CBTS Borrower, LLC. Joint application of Cincinnati Bell, Inc., CBTS Technology Solutions, LLC and CBTS Borrower, LLC for approval of a general rule transaction involving a transfer of control of a telecommunications public utility.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before April 22, 2024. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) by means of eService on the Commission's web site at https://www.puc.pa.gov/filing-resources/efiling/ or 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection on the Commission's web site and at the applicant's business address.
