AF&L Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Individual LTC Forms HHC-4 and HHC-93 (AFLI-134082232); Rate Filing

 AF&L Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 42.6% on 114 Pennsylvania policyholders of individual LTC forms HHC-4 and HHC-93.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 16, 2024, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. To view these filing notices, hover the cursor over the word ''Consumers,'' then select ''Other Rate Filings,'' then click on ''Approved Long-Term Care Rate Filings.''

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
