United Security Assurance Company of Pennsylvania; Rate Increase Filing for Individual LTC Form LTC-95P (USPA-134058613); Rate Filing

 United Security Assurance Company of Pennsylvania is requesting approval to increase the premium 50% on 210 Pennsylvania policyholders of individual LTC form LTC-95P.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 13, 2024, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
