Unum Life Insurance Company of America; Rate Increase Filing for Several Group LTC Forms (UNUM-134119934); Rate Filing

 Unum Life Insurance Company of America is requesting approval to increase the premium 54% on 13,505 Pennsylvania policyholders of group LTC forms BLTC, GLTC95-95 and GLTC95-98.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 13, 2024, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
