Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 1, 2024. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by July 1, 2024. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2024-3048200. Time Away Transportation Services, LLC (102 Friendship Drive, Hawley, Wayne County, PA 18428) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons on schedule, between the Borough of Honesdale, Wayne County and the Borough of Hawley, Wayne County, upon the following route: beginning at Main Street in the Borough of Honesdale (intersection of 12th Street), head southeast on Main Street, turn left on 4th Street (which then becomes Willow Avenue, which then becomes Texas Palmyra Highway, which then becomes Hudson Street, which then becomes Main Avenue in the Borough of Hawley, all of which are also commonly referred to as US-6 or Route 6) and return to start by the same route until reaching 4th Street where the route will follow Church Street in the Borough of Honesdale, making a left on 12th Street, followed by another left on Main Street to resume from starting point.

A-2024-3048367. Driven Your Way, LLC (80 Quarry Road, Trailer 35, Kutztown, Berks County, PA 19530) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2024-3049065. Signature Style Limos, LLC (7415 Alma Street, Floor 1, Philadelphia, PA 19111) in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2024-3048886. Barnett Unlimited, Inc. (302 2nd Avenue, Osceola Mills, Clearfield County, PA 16666) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as contract carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2024-3048747. Secure Transport, LLC (3342 Nichols Run Road, Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, PA 17740) to transport persons, in contract carrier service, for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, from points in the County of Lycoming, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
