Court Reporting Network Evaluation Fee Increase; No. AD-198-24

Administrative Order

 And Now, this 7th day of August, 2024, the Court, pursuant to the request of the Chief Adult Probation Officer, hereby increases the Court Reporting Network (CRN) Evaluation fee from $80.00 to $100.00, effective October 1, 2024.

 This fee will be assessed for any CRN evaluation performed by Montgomery County Adult Probation, Parole, and DUI Services and as required by 75 Pa.C.S.A. 3816.
