Highmark (HGHM-134214418); Individual CompleteCare Grandfathered Filing; Rate Filing

 Highmark submitted a rate filing for its Individual Grandfathered CompleteCare PPO plan in the Western PA region. The filing proposes an average rate adjustment of 5.1% and will affect 456 members.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 5, 2024, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments or e-mail comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@pa.gov within 20 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
