Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

[Saturday, November 9, 2024]The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before November 25, 2024. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by November 25, 2024. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.
Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.
A-2024-3051224. F&M Elite Limo, LLC, t/a F&M Elite Limo (501 Blythe Avenue, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, PA 19026) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in the Counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and York.
A-2024-3051389. Chalfont Transportation Services, Inc. (1100 Horizon Circle, Suite 102, Chalfont, Bucks County, PA 18915) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
A-2024-3051548. Community Connection Transportation, LLC (433 North Main Street, # 1067, Doylestown, PA 18901) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Bucks County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
A-2024-3051753. Lenzner Lines, LLC (P.O. Box 786, Carroll, Carroll County, IA 51401) to transport persons, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, in airport transfer service, from Pittsburgh International Airport, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa.
Application of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under the application.
A-2024-3051824. Paul K. Brown, Inc., t/a Professional Limousine Service (330 Linden Street, McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, PA 15136) for the discontinuation and cancellation of its right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, as more thoroughly described in original docket at A-00117049F0001.
