 The following long-term care nursing facility is seeking an exception to 28 Pa. Code § 204.1(a) (relating to application of Guidelines for Design and Construction of Residential Health, Care and Support Facilities):

 These requests are on file with the Department of Health (Department). Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Nursing Care Facilities, Suite 210, 2525 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, (717) 787-1816, fax (717) 772-2163, ra-paexcept@pa.gov.

 Persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or facsimile to the Division at the previously listed contact information.

 Comments received by the Department within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
