 A-2024-3052673. CBRE Caledon WR Holdings, LP, CBRE Infra Fiber Holdings, LLC and WANRack, LLC. Joint application of CBRE Caledon WR Holdings, LP, CBRE Infra Fiber Holdings, LLC and WANRack, LLC for approval of a general rule transaction involving a pro forma change in indirect ownership.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before January 27, 2025.
