   A-230062.  Wynnewood Sewer Corporation. Application of Wynnewood Sewer Corporation for approval to offer, render, furnish or supply sanitary sewage collection and disposal service in portions of North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 20, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
