DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE

Pennsylvania High Roller Instant Lottery Game

   Under the provisions of the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-1--3761-15) and the provisions of 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

   1.  Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania High Roller.

   2.  Price: The price of a Pennsylvania High Roller instant lottery game ticket is $1.00.

   3.  Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania High Roller instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area. The play symbols and their captions located in the play area are: a die containing one spot (ONE), a die containing two spots (TWO), a die containing three spots (THREE), a die containing four spots (FOUR), a die containing five spots (FIVE) and a die containing six spots (SIX).

   4.  Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are $1, $2, $5, $10, $25 and $500.

   5.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 10,141,200 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania High Roller instant lottery game.

   6.  Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  Holders of tickets with three dice containing six spots (SIX) play symbols in the ''Play Area,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

   (b)  Holders of tickets with three dice containing five spots (FIVE) play symbols in the ''Play Area,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25.

   (c)  Holders of tickets with three dice containing four spots (FOUR) play symbols in the ''Play Area,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (d)  Holders of tickets with three dice containing three spots (THREE) play symbols in the ''Play Area,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (e)  Holders of tickets with three dice containing two spots (TWO) play symbols in the ''Play Area,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

   (f)  Holders of tickets with three dice containing one spot (ONE) play symbols in the ''Play Area,'' on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

   (g)  A prize will be paid only for the highest Pennsylvania High Roller instant lottery game prize won on the ticket if the ticket meets the criteria established in 61 Pa. Code § 819.213 (relating to ticket validation and requirements).

   7.  Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

   8.  Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania High Roller instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).

   9.  Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania High Roller, prize money on winning Pennsylvania High Roller instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of Pennsylvania High Roller, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

   10.  Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-1--3761-15), the regulations contained in Part V of Title 61 of the Pennsylvania Code (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

   11.  Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. Such announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania High Roller or through normal communications methods.
