   Southeast Regional Office: Regional Water Management Program Manager, Suite 6010, Lee Park, 555 North Lane, Conshohocken, PA 19428, telephone (610) 832-6130.

   The following parties have submitted Notices of Intent for coverage under NPDES General Permit PAG-2, General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Construction Activities. Unless otherwise indicated, on the basis of preliminary review and application of lawful standards and regulations, the Department of Environmental Protection will authorize, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the general permit, the discharge of stormwater from eligible new and existing discharges.

   The application and related documents, including the erosion and sedimentation control plan for the construction activity, are on file and may be inspected at the office noted above.

   These actions of the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) may be appealed to the Environmental Hearing Board (Board), Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P. O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457, telephone (717) 787-3483, by any aggrieved person under The Environmental Hearing Board Act (35 P. S. § 7514); 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law). Appeals must be filed with the Board within 30 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin unless the appropriate statute provides a different time period. To implement an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan for a single family housing development called Upton Fields on 174.3 acres in Peters Township, Franklin County. The project is located about 1.4 miles north of Upton Village along T-427 (Williamson, PA Quadrangle N: 13.3 inches; W: 6.9 inches). Drainage will be to unnamed tributaries to the Conococheague Creek.

   PAS-10-P021.  Individual NPDES. Paul A. Weber, 3210 Grande Oak Place, Lancaster, PA 17601. To implement an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan for the George Wolff Tract Phase 2 on 106 acres in Jackson Township, Lebanon County. The project is located along the east side of Houtztown Road (T-568), about 2,800 feet north of intersection with Strack's Dam Road (Bethel, PA Quadrangle N: 3.9 inches; W: 11.5 inches). Drainage will be to a tributary of Tulpehocken Creek.

   PAS-10-Y033.  Individual NPDES. J.R.W., Inc., P. O. Box 8, York Haven, PA 17371. To implement an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan for a residential development to be known as Aslan Heights on 42.89 acres in Manchester Township, York County. The project is located between S. R. 4011 and S. R. 4001 on the northern end of Claystone Road (West York, PA Quadrangle N: 20.7 inches; W: 3.4 inches). Drainage will be to Little Conewago Creek.
