   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Colombia County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe # 1901, Berwick Plaza, 1530 W. Front Street, Berwick, PA 18603-4321.

Lease Expiration Date:  August 31, 1997

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 to 6,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within the following communities: Berwick, East Berwick, Berwick Township, Mifflinville or Nescopeck.
