Application of the York Water Company for approval of the right to begin to offer or furnish water service to the public in the Boroughs of Glen Rock, Shrewsbury, New Freedom and Railroad, Shrewsbury Township and portions of North Hopewell and Hopewell Townships, York County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before April 21, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
