   The following effluent limitations are proposed for discharge to the South Sewer Treatment Plant (SSTP) at the Irvin Works and an unnamed tributary to Streets Run classified as a warm water fishery with existing and/or potential uses for aquatic life, water supply and recreation. For the purpose of evaluating effluent requirements for TDS, NO2-NO3, fluoride and phenolics, the existing/proposed downstream potable water supply (PWS) considered during the evaluation is West Penn Water, located at 7.2 miles below the discharge point.
