Old Guard Insurance Group; Rate Revision for Homeowners

   On May 2, 1997, the Insurance Department received from Old Guard Insurance Group a filing of rates for Homeowners Insurance.

   The company requests an overall 6.2% increase amounting to $810,000 increase annually, to be effective June 15, 1997.

   Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 1, 1997, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

   Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.

   Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Rick Pawelski, Insurance Department, Bureau of Regulation of Rates and Policies, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
