   Under 2 Pa. Code §§ 501--508 and §§ 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law); 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); 31 Pa. Code §§ 56.1--56.3 (relating to Special Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) and any other relevant procedure provisions of law, it is hereby ordered that:

   A formal administrative hearing is scheduled for November 4, 1997 at 10 a.m. in the Administrative Hearing Office, 901 North Seventh Street, Room 200, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

   A Prehearing Conference is scheduled for October 21, 1997 at 10 a.m. in the Administrative Hearing Office, 901 North Seventh Street, Room 200, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

   A written request for continuance of the scheduled hearing, for good cause, will be considered by the Presiding Officer. Prior to requesting a continuance, a party must contact the opposing party to determine whether the opposing party objects. Any request for continuance must indicate whether the opposing party objects to a continuance.

   Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protest petitions to intervene, or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed with the Docket Clerk on or before October 21, 1997.

   The Docket Clerk shall file cause notice of the scheduled hearing and the due date for preliminary filings to be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
