Order of Court

   October 8, 1997, Civil Action Rule 39-1910.4 for the Court of Common Pleas of the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania is hereby amended as follows, to be effective thirty (30) days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.

Rule 39.1910.4.  Commencement of Action.

   (A)  The action shall be commenced by filing a Complaint with the Domestic Relations Section, in Franklin County at 218 North Second Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania 17201 and in Fulton County at 208-R North Second Street, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania 17233. All docketing and custody of original records for child sup-port, spousal support, and alimony pendente lite shall be done at the Franklin County Domestic Relations Office.

   (B)  No filing fee shall be required in advance. Any fees required by law or Order of the Court shall be to the Domestic Relations office of the County.
