   I-00980072. Consolidated Rail Corporation. Investigation Upon The Commission's Own Motion. To determine the condition and disposition of the existing crossing structure carrying Cochran Street above-the-grade of the track of Consolidated Rail Corporation's (Conrail) Shelocta Running Track in the Borough of Creekside, Indiana County (AAR 148 792 J).

   An Initial Hearing on this matter will be held Wednesday, July 22, 1998 at 10 a.m. in the 11th floor hearing room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, when and where all persons in interests may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
