   A-213550F0015. The York Water Company. Application of The York Water Company, under section 1102 of the Public Utility Code, for approval of the transfer by sale of all waterworks property and rights of Railroad Borough to The York Water Company.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on theapplicant on or before January 4, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
