   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:


Cambria County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #1106.

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 2,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a shopping center environment near the intersection of Routes 22 and 219 in Central Cambria County.

Proposals due: July 30, 1999 at 12 noon
