   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Philadelphia County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #9113, 1913 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103-3504.

Lease Expiration Date:  April 30, 2001

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 6,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space on Chestnut Street between 22nd Street and 18th Street in Philadelphia.
